1. Terms of Use

Access and use of law4founders.biz are governed by these terms. By browsing our site, you fully accept these conditions.

2. Service Terms

Law4Founders provides personalized legal guidance and corporate support tailored for entrepreneurs in Singapore and worldwide.

Proposals are free and valid for 15 days. A booking is confirmed upon written acceptance and a partial or full payment as indicated.

3. Payment Methods

Payment can be made via secure credit card checkout or bank transfer.
A 40% deposit is required upon confirmation of the proposal.
The balance is due upon completion of the agreed services.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, any service started or scheduled cannot be refunded, in accordance with local consumer protection laws.

For cancellations before the mission begins, the following applies:

Cancellation more than 14 days prior: 75% of deposit refunded.
Cancellation between 14 and 7 days: 40% of deposit refunded.
Cancellation less than 7 days: no refund available.

5. Limitation of Liability

Law4Founders is not liable for delays or errors caused by third parties or events beyond our control. Our advice is based on information provided and current regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (text, logos, design) is the exclusive property of Law4Founders. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If a dispute arises, amicable mediation will be prioritized. Failing agreement, only the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction. Singapore law applies.
